Ballet Class


Please wear fitted comfortable clothing, it is important that your teacher can see what you are doing in order to prevent injury.


Ballet shoes are required.


Hair should be tied back but does not need to be in a bun.



Ballet Fit Class


Usual gym attire is all that is needed for this class, although we suggest leggings or cropped trousers rather than tracksuit trousers.


Ballet shoes are not required for this class


Please bring a fitness mat and a pair of 1kg or 2kg hand held weights (preferbly with straps).


Tap Class

Light Handweights and a fitness mat.



DDMIX classes
