Ballet Fit is a fun but challenging class, incorporating Cardio Barre, Strength Training and Ballet Stretch.

Beginners Ballet 1

Beginners 1 is for anyone over the age of 16, who wants to try ballet in a fun, safe and healthy environment

Beginners Ballet 2

Beginners 2 is for those adults over the age of 16 with some experience who would like to progress further or reconnect with their ballet.

Intermediate / Advanced Ballet

Intermediate / Advanced is for adults over the age of 16 with considerable experience, who are looking for a new challenge.

Body Tone with Katrina


This is an energetic interval based class with fusing together intensities and different types of exercises that will tone your upper and lower body and strengthen your core. This 45 minute class is a total body workout that targets the arms, thighs, waistline, abs, obliques and glutes to create an all over toned body!

Tap with Christophe

An up-to-date relaxed approach to help you learn to tap dance from the very beginning.  We cover a lot of steps in a short period of time to get you tapping as quickly as possible. Mix in little bit of history and background and you'll discover a passion for tap dance that will never go away.  Bring your shoes, a determination to succeed and a smile





Created by Darcey Bussell and Nathan Clarke this is a fun and energetic dance fitness class giving you a flavour of different dance styles in a 45 minute workout.
